Unified Security Management Systems (USMS)
- Maintenance and technical support for integrated security management platforms, enabling centralized monitoring and management of interconnected security systems.
Fire Alarm Detection & Suppression Systems
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of fire alarm and detection systems, including control panels, detection devices, manual call points, notification appliances, interface modules and associated field devices.
Access Control Systems
- Maintenance and support of electronic access control infrastructure, including access control panels, card readers, door controllers, electronic locking devices, door position contacts, request-to-exit devices and management software. Services include fault resolution, operational testing, access event verification, configuration checks and validation of system integration.
Water Leak Detection Systems
- Maintenance and functional testing of water leak detection systems used to identify and alert facility personnel to water ingress or leakage risks within critical data centre environments.
High-Sensitivity Smoke Detection (HSSD) Systems
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of High-Sensitivity Smoke Detection systems, including aspirating smoke detection units, sampling pipework, sampling points, filters, airflow monitoring and associated alarm interfaces. Services include inspection, functional testing, fault diagnosis, airflow verification and confirmation of alarm transmission to the relevant fire alarm and monitoring systems.
